You mean next decade right? There is no getting out from these contracts. Either the team figures it out...or the late 90s Young Guns Era is going to look like the land of hope compared to what these guys will do.
Mediocrity for 10 years...no high draft picks...no playoffs. They need to find 3-5 good years to shorten that and it needs to start soon...
