Sutter knows how to win and what it takes. His problem has always been his messaging and how he goes about it. Not everyone has the thick skin to deal with that year after year. That may say more about the players than the coach, but it is what it is. Dont forget after winning 2 cups with the guys in LA they literally locked him out of their dressing room. Its looking like its Sutters time to hit the pastures and his extension looks like a HUGE blunder right now.
