Further proof that it's not just "one bad apple", it's systemic corruption and protection in law enforcement. I couldn't imagine any other industry where it would be acceptable for employees to celebrate a co-worker after they plead guilty to aggravated assault

Come on Hemi, he was dealing with a bad divorce so that makes everything okay. Who among us hasn't knocked a man handcuffed to a wheelchair to the ground and then kicked him in the face when we were having a bad day?

Also interesting that it was the AHS witnesses that reported the incident. All the other cops in the video watched it happen and said "yup, that seems okay"
