The answer might be never, or not in our lifetime. Maybe one can get to the final but then lose it.
The path is just too difficult. If Morocco had won this World Cup, they would have had to beat Belgium, Spain, Portugal, France and Argentina.
The other semifinalist was Korea. They would have had to beat Portugal, Italy, Spain, Germany, Brazil.
Ghana may have had the easiest path in 2010 but were thwarted by the Hand of Suarez. It would have been Serbia, USA, Uruguay, Netherlands, Spain.
