That is true, and I actually have a PS4 copy from way back, so I could just use that as I assume it will update for my PS5... But the problem is, the best that's going to do for you is get you a locked 60fps with no ray tracing and medium settings on an HDR TV, assuming you have one. Well, I can already get above 60 on Ultra+ settings with no ray tracing on an HDR monitor, so I'm already beating that even with the garbage PC optimization. Obviously I'm not playing it at 30fps, ray tracing or no ray tracing.

Removing a dll file actually did seem to improve things for me noticeably and fixed the overlay issue, ymmv as to how it works for you: https://www.gosunoob.com/witcher-3/f...s-not-working/
