With respect to this season’s theme, I think jayswins said it was about the invader/tourists taking advantage of the locals; this season seemed like turnabout with the locals taking advantage of the invaders/tourists.

I believe Mike White said in an interview that Greg would likely have been caught as they would trace it back to him etc. For example, i suppose a bunch of murdered people on a boat and a body in the water would raise soem concerns of investigators - especially a very prominent american heiress

But agreed, the theme of this season was certainly sex as a power or a tool. The Mia and Lucia, clear winners, used sex as a transaction to get what they wanted. Daphne used sex as a way of maintaining her power in her marriage (not being the victim) which she imparted on Ethan and Harper (in a sense)
