Perhaps not buying in because they abandoned their systems too often trying to create something, but certainly not tuning out the coach in a traditional way.

Yes they did because they aren't buying in to the system. It's been an issue all season. I never said it was an effort situation. They are trying to follow the system but I don't see a team that's confident in what they are doing. I also see a coach that's overly rigid in his ways and is basically doing it his way win or lose and I think a head coach has to make concessions to win.
