It definitely would be incredibly brazen to do it now and not later on when fewer people are looking. But considering the obscene level of bribery to make this event happen, and the utter lack of care about the migrant worker deaths, I also wouldn't put it past them. Cooperation now is paramount for them, given the virtually negative goodwill they have with the western world anything but complete transparency here will not be accepted.
