I don't think it's that much of an issue. Who would even vote for Sinema at this point, regardless of her party affiliation? Arizona Democrats are clearly done with her, she hasn't served that state well at all. I think at this point, she's just universally hated in Arizona, so could she pull in enough votes to make this an issue for Democrats? I think they'll be fine if the throw a good candidate in the mix. Ruben Gallego has already teased running after Sinema's announcement.
