Except on the flip side it is ok to go after the GM for the mishandling of an asset...JG. I don't know that I would use the word "commodity" and we all understand that #### happens in life...as GM you are not in HR you are in charge of the business activities of the team and business is business. OK needs some slack...fine. But the rope is only so long.
