^ i read that article as well and it is stupifying.
When Trudeau was last outside the country a few weeks ago I beleive he made various promises to spend almost a billion dollars, plus yesterday steve g made a $350m drop to some biodiversity thing.
I get wanting to help out with various things, but at some point you need to slow down.
However, I have also wondered with respect to government announcements - how long does it take for the funds to flow? How many projects are never followed thru with etc.
