The weird thing though is that it has been 2 weeks since I tested positive and I am still testing positive. I called the BC health 24 line to speak to a nurse and she said that it isn't completely unheard of and when the virus lingers like that, it usually isn't contagious anymore. I wish it would just go away for peace of mind though.

The tests also can't tell the difference between live virus and random left over fragments.
