I am pretty much over my COVID symptoms now. Just a nagging cough now. I had a headache and fever for a few days and felt run down for like a week. Not the sickest I have ever been (that would go the the Norwalk virus), but definitely felt it. I assume being vaxed helped with the relatively minor effects.
The weird thing though is that it has been 2 weeks since I tested positive and I am still testing positive. I called the BC health 24 line to speak to a nurse and she said that it isn't completely unheard of and when the virus lingers like that, it usually isn't contagious anymore. I wish it would just go away for peace of mind though.
