The reality is that Hubey is a good player, with some weaknesses that were offset by his linemates and more of a green light to blow the zone.

Or think of it this way Granted. With both Barkov and Huby lines being in the same game. It makes it more difficult for any team to match or key on both. With flames, so far this year, the other team doesn't really have to worry about two highly offensive lines to deal with. So, they can key on Huberdeau more effectively.
Just like with the Hawks were elite. It was very difficult to match up with them due to Kane and Toews.
