jayswin, I think you're right on the money. Some bands are really taking the piss and bleeding fans dry.

Of course it's still entertainment and this is still capitalism but the shakedown leaves a really sour taste in my mouth.

Paid $150 (AU) to see the Killers and the same for Arctic Monkeys but these are bands I've been listening to for 15 years. I won't be doing it for many others.

Oh, and your boys Alexisonfire are coming out too. $100 for them.
