Dude, it is the charity. When you read the wiki article on the CEO pay for the Oregon branch did you also read that Goodwill is a registered not for profit?
Reference for your data on the helmet deal? This article states it is worth "almost $1 million". Like I said earlier, it is ridiculous for both the Coyotes and an org like Goodwill.
