but isn't the point of having the same system on the farm so that young players when called up don't need to be " broken in" to the way the parent club plays and get up to speed with relative ease ?
I think the case with rosey was he wasn't consistent with effort and that was an issue specific to him
don't think that has implications on Phillips and how he much he is used unless Phillips is equally as inconsistent or size is a detriment
