We need broadcasters who are invested in the game in this country at all times, not just when it's the sexy thing to do. As much as I gripe about their coverage, OneSoccer has done that. They'll be around in March for Nations League when most people have forgotten about the national team.

OneSoccer is essentially no coverage. You know what the CPL needs to really grow exponentially? Either TSN/Sportsnet/CBC to play the games every week. Literally no one is paying for OneSoccer aside from a hardcore fans.
And yeah, of course they’re off the bandwagon…there is no bandwagon. Canada gets one more game and they’re headed home. How could a broadcaster not look at other countries and try to make sure people are interested in watching the final three weeks of the tournament?
