Yes. You catch on quick. If Phillips were all that and the bag of chips you're building him up to be he would be playing for the Calgary Flames or have been claimed when he was sent through waivers. 32 teams don't think he's the player you're claiming him to be or he would be in the NHL at this moment, regardless of the system being played.
