Just goes to show that NFL scouts still don't know how to evaluate QB's. It's an inexact science but so many teams fall in love with flawed QB's and seem surprised when those flaws show up in their pro game. I also think the media hypes these kids up so much and the fans expect them to be great early. I think the league would be better served to be more conservative with drafted QB's and have almost all of them hold a clipboard for one or two years. It seems the focus now is to win with a QB on his rookie contract but the problem is most of these guys are busting and teams like the Jets keep repeating the cycle of drafting QB's and throwing them into sink or swim situations.
