The top ninety six 5v5 producers at forward represent first line production rates in a 32 team league. So far Ruzicka's production does not indicate he "shouldn't be in your top six". And Ruzicka largely played with fourth liners over that sample, only 95-ish minutes come from his time with Toffoli and Lindholm.
Side note, it's kind of cool the Flames drafted five of the guys on that list (Tkachuk, Gaudreau, Ruzicka, Bennett, Mangiapane)

He's had two iffy games in a row. Will be interesting to see how long the leash is now.
We've seen Dube and Coleman demoted to the fourth line, so I'm guessing he needs a good weekend or he slides.
