Something's gotta give with the Kylington situation. It's one thing to be flexible and generous to an employee dealing with something personal, but it's another to dramatically hamper your own organization and potential for success to be so accommodating. We need to be able to put him on LTIR at the very least. We need this player back and performing preferably, but short of that, we need to be able to use the valuable cap space he is otherwise taking up and burning.
