Something's gotta give with the Kylington situation. It's one thing to be flexible and generous to an employee dealing with something personal, but it's another to dramatically hamper your own organization and potential for success to be so accommodating. We need to be able to put him on LTIR at the very least. Is it known that they can't put him on IR?
From what I can tell, the only impact from not having him on IR thus far would have been Valimaki. I guess there would have been room for his salary at the start of the season if that is what they wanted.
Now that Valimaki is gone, what is the benefit of having Kylington on IR?
