It seemed to be fine when Walmart was there as the anchor and drawing people into the area.
When Walmart decides to pull out you know you are in trouble.
It was totally fine 2 years ago right before the pandemic, the area even seemed lively like a hidden gem for those that wanted to avoid the super power centers.
