Lol. I ordered a Kadri jersey from NHLShop. Waited 5 weeks and I finally reached out to support to ask where it was. They told me they were sold out and just automatically gave me a full refund. Would have been nice to have been actually notified earlier.
I was initially pretty annoyed. I really want the jersey. But now I’m actually a bit relieved after reading all of these store reviews regarding quality.
