I can actually see why the PA wants this - a two-week plus break mid season for all the non-superstars, nobody loses precious time off in the summer, everyone is already in game shape, so less risk of injury, and break up the monotony of an 82-game season.
Just get it together guys, it shouldn’t be this hard to hold a tournament.
