Maybe an odd or stupid question but does anyone know why the city removed the middle set of traffic lights along the western portion of 5th Ave downtown? I don't drive downtown a lot but today I noticed that they only had two sets of lights overhead at the intersections instead of three and the middle ones had been removed.
Also the construction around my office is insane right now. Lane closures on 5th Ave East of 4th Street and closures on 2nd Street from Eau Claire to 5th Ave and along 3rd Ave. It is brutal trying to get around downtown.
