Well, I see that surprisingly, our PM went on a several $100 million dollar spending spree.

But those veterans, they always ask for so much…….

I’d would sure be interested to know with respect to these spending sprees - when does the cash start flowing over to the recipients and when do they charge the transfer to our national debt.

I would also be interested in knowing the checks and balances that are in place to make sure the money goes to where it was promised to go.; however, I am assuming that there are many rich warlords funded by announcements like this
