Ya everything I have read about Bo says the exact opposite. Cares about his team mates, is an extremely hard worker, but yes has a ton of belief in himself which some might interpret at arrogance, frankly the Jays need some of that, that's just a guy who wants to win and be great.

Again it's always good to remember that it is highly uncommon for guys like Bo and Vlad to be doing what they're doing at their age in the Majors. There are basically no players younger than Bo producing like him at SS, Jeremy Pena had a tremendous WS but still didn't come close to Bo's regular season.

"I just wouldn't talk about my struggles," Romano said. "Just kept it bottled up. And then I heard Bo say he has these feelings and talk about how he worked around them and I was like, 'God, this is normal.' I mean, it's okay to talk about these things."

Romano took that message to heart.

"The stress has gone down, the anxiety has gone down," Romano said
Kind of damned if you do and damned if you don't on this Jays team to some. Vlad's not serious. Bo's too cocky. The team isn't serious enough, too much fun. etc.
