Would like to point out that Archer is speaking to only Maricopa county, where Hobbs is +4 (estimated 408,000 outstanding). What is left out of his comments is Pima (Hobbs +20) still has 34% of the vote outstanding, the most in the state. Pima is home to Tucson, the second most populated municipality in Arizona (160,000 outstanding). He also doesn't speak to Coconino (Hobbs +25) where Flagstaff, Page, and Sedona reside (15,000 estimated outstanding). These are the counties with the largest vote counts outstanding. That accounts for 94% of the outstanding vote in the state.
Please also be aware that counties are responsible for managing the count and reporting and no single county manages the release of information. The information is released through the AZ Secretary of State's Office.
