Same.
I've come to the conclusion that no party on the political spectrum is an effective steward of capital. They all suck at it. Some are worse in some areas, better in others, but on aggregate they are all abysmal. And if we really want to call a spade a spade, the last 40 years of economic policies implemented by all sides of government have only increased wealth concentration in the boomer generation and entrenched that wealth with policies that make it harder for younger generations to get ahead.
So what really differentiates them at the end of the day is the social policies.
Conservative social policies suck. The last few years has been a race to the bottom (right?) in terms of who can out-crazy who and prey off of populism and nationalistic tendencies in the quest for power.
No thanks.
At the end of the day, I'll punt on the economic policies that require a complete lobotomy at this point anyways if it means kicking this right wing nonsense into the trash can of history where it belongs.
