It seems like you are trying a little sleight of hand to blame his bad decision to play the puck for his inability to make the save. As if that is better because he can still make saves, he just has to stay in his net.
It's here I disagree. Playing the angle properly has been an issue for him at times this year, and his angles were putrid in the Oilers series. He had time to make that save.
His current game has more problems than playing the puck.
