To be honest, I barely throw it around ever because I think it's lame.
However,
When a bunch of white dudes are criticizing a Sikh brown man for adding a little extra R roll on his pronunciation of a name he's likely more familiar with, I just shake my head.
Again, who ####ing cares. It's a slight difference in pronunciation away from the English norms. If that ruins your night, and you have to call the broadcaster a "try hard", you might just be a racist.
