Unless it's a different Mitchell Miller, HockeyDB has him playing in the USHL on the same team as Sergeev and Nikolaev. His stats show him finishing second on team scoring with 83 points in 60 games as a defenseman. He started the season as a 19 year old.
I am not sure if gaudy numbers like that mean anything in that league and given his age.
