If bullying began in the second grade I really question the parents morales of Mitchell Miller. It is tough to blame him for all the issues as it looks like he was raised poorly… does it make it right, no it doesn’t. I hope that this kid can learn and change though it may take some time if raised this way. It doesn’t sound like he made a single mistake this was purely being a terrible person and committing assault on the vulnerable, multiple times.

From a PR perspective it looks terrible but at the same time if he has served his time should he be continued to punished? I am not to sure on this answer as I do not know how I would feel if I was the parents of the kid being bullied.
