It looks to me that Huberdeau's tendencies he brought from Florida, such as slowing the game down in the neutral zone, does not work with Sutter's system. It has been a source of turnovers and something Weeger is struggling with as well.
It takes time to reform new habits that work within the system. Once he does he'll be fine and his teammates will be better... and no, 10 games is not enough to reform habits you've had for years. If we're having this conversation 30 games in... that's a different story.
