Are you looking for the clutch backing specifically or do you want to know where to get the regular red poppy in the south? (I'm in the north, sorry I can't help)
I was at Walmart the other day and when I got the poppy, it's no longer a straight pin for holding in place. It's the same poppy but with a clutch backing similar to your link (but I've misplaced it already
). I'm pretty sure that any poppy purchased this year will have the fastener you're looking for.
