It's an entertainment district. That's it. Performance venues, hotels, restaurants, and some condos. From your own website. Where's the businesses that are bringing in the high paying jobs? Tempe needs to use that land an continue what they did with the first phase of Tempe Town Lake which drew in State Farm, KPMG, Carvana, Honor Health, Silicon Valley Bank, and Amazon, to name a few. Another arena, hotel, and chain restaurants doesn't quite have the impact. They shouldn't be trying to appease a failed hockey team, they should be trying to establish an environment where business will flourish and tax revenues will continue to grow. Tempe needs the revenues.
