Edmonton cared about winning that game, to the Flames it was just the next one on the schedule
Sometimes thats all well and fine, but if the Flames want some playoff success they're going to have to learn to find another gear and immediately is as good a time to learn as any.
Points in October are just as valuable as points in March.

I hoped the off-season changes would have made the team a more rise-to-the-occasion team. I guess luckily they have 5 months to figure that out.
