Sometimes thats all well and fine, but if the Flames want some playoff success they're going to have to learn to find another gear and immediately is as good a time to learn as any.
Points in October are just as valuable as points in March.

Flames had a lot to like tonight and played a good game. Some holes in their game especially with Markstrom and the second goal but overall I would say it was a solid team game. Top line needs some adjusting but I definitely wouldn’t characterize this as a game that Edmonton wanted more.
