Let’s remember though, Lindholm lost an elite play driving and puck handling winger in Gaudreau and also another elite player with incredible hockey sense in Tkachuk. Sure he has Huberdeau, but he still did lose an approx potential 80-100 point player(Matthew) and was replaced by a 40-50 point player in Toffoli.
It’s likely he won’t have the same point totals. I don’t expect that, however some of his defensive miscues are noticeable. He will figure it out though, he is too good of a player not to adjust.
Lindholm is one of my favourite Flames, but isn’t immune to criticism.
