It feels like Best Buy is not going to get re-stocked any time soon. I ended up calling Memory Express and backordering the Asus TUF (non-OC) as it was the cheapest one they had. The person mentioned that they've only been receiving Gigabyte cards but hopes to start seeing MSI and Asus soon (NW location). It might be a while to wait until cards start moving around. I think the 4090 FEs from Best Buy were shipped right from the factory vs being shipped by Best Buy.
