UCP will get some rural support but the reality is that they were up against a hill before Smith and today are practically up against a mountain. Have some faith people as Albertans aren’t as dumb as many of you like to paint them as.

So let's hypothetically say that the ucp does enough between now and the election that you do decide to hold your nose and vote ndp
Are you going to take one for the team on the next election as well if whatever permutation of the ucp emerges after that is the same?
I ask because it feels like the previous ndp gov being elected was a kind of protest/slap on the wrist for the old conservative party, sort of an attempt to teach them a lesson. Then at the first chance, the ndp was kicked to the curb and the bad conservative Gov was reimplanted, but this time somehow worse than before. I feel like yourself and many of these reluctant ndp voting albertans are just gonna revert back to this almost default ruling party that hasn't earned the privilege of being in charge of our government outside of pure name recognition
