I think that depends. I had a peak of 887 in the first week I installed the detector and it's been a steady decline over 16 days closer and closer to 200 as the oscillations are getting smaller and smaller as it levels out. Three weeks isn't enough to conclude that we will eventually average out below 200 but I think there's a reason they use 3 months as a minimum bar.
