I see the 50+ crowd keeping saying that stuff wouldn’t get made. But do we have any evidence that shows aren’t getting made as a result of “censorship”

Dave Chapelle made his show, people got angry, but was there any real consequence? It’s still available on Netflix.

As for True Crime that has always been an exploitative genre.

I’d also argue that video games weren’t sanitized for violence in the 90s. People loudly complaining does not equate what is actually happening.
