I'm truly ashamed to have Ms. Smith represent Alberta to the rest of Canada (and the rest of the world). She is already doing significant harm to the brand. It's a shame too because Calgary's reputation has really improved in Toronto in the past few years. People increasingly recognize that Calgary is a cosmopolitan, dynamic city (and a real option as an alternative to life in Toronto).
