It's not an insurmountable flaw, but it's a clear misfit. Toffoli is pretty slow, Huberdeau compliments fast, quick thinking forwards that can finish his elite, quick passes. And we acquired an elite passer to have players finish so we can contend.
I'd agree that a sniping, quick winger is of huge importance if you're looking to create a strong top line, which of course will be needed if we want to contend. More of a direct need for the top line, than a lack of good forwards overall. And Brad's comments lately seem to indicate he agrees with this.
