Show then a unedited wide angle shot showing parts including a freaking engine on the lawn.
"That was planted by the government after the fact"
They demand that you prove them wrong, and then they use non facts from their buddies like
"The government used thermite on the beams to burn buildings down"
"Thermite doesn't work that way, and wouldn't burn through those beams"
"The government has top secret super thermite"
"Prove that"
"Its top secret and was designed by the Lizard people who bought down the towers"
Ok that last part is an exaggeration on my part, but prove me wrong.

Sadly, for these scenarios, that seems like it happens all the time.
