I'm happy about the verdict, Alex Jones is scum and a snake oil salesman who sells this BS to vulnerable, frightened and some pretty dumb people. He passes off fiction as fact and profits massively from it.

I doubt the families see much of this money to be honest, Infowars is bankrupt, Jones has probably hidden or laundered money off shore never to be seen again.

I expect because the lawyers aren't done collecting fees yet, that they will appeal based on the size of the award, and I'm sure the courts will probably look at the verdict itself and reduce the size of the awards.

Sadly Alex Jones will survive this and continue to sell his Bullsh$t, and his followers will rally around him and raise money for him that he'll promptly steal, and he'll write his next book. "The evil facist alien lead American Court System stole my money and it will steal yours too if you don't buy my book"
