Is reporting straight statements truly unbiased if said statements are total fabrications?

In most normal cases, Reuters with such a stance makes for solid journalism as it's as unbiased as it gets, as you stated. When it comes to the craziness that is Russia right now however, they merely become mouthpieces for promoting Kremlin propaganda as the statements are being reported for face value.

There is a point, where you need to step in and start managing, otherwise their 'report all news' is just being used as a propaganda tool.
